Statistics from the Department of civil
defense in Saudi Arabia reveals that the most common problem automotive
workshop in the Kingdom which is fire.
Among the highlighted causes of fire accidents which is Electricity,
Criminal acts, Chemicals and waste and Gas explosion. The tables below show the
number of fire accident occurred because these effects.

accident at workplace
A recent research by the Department of civil
defense reveals seven core causes of injuries and illnesses in Saudi Arabian
automotive workshops. This data is supported by insurance reports of
compensable claims that involve serious injuries to employees in different
types of workshops. In some of these cases, employees are hurt so much that
they either take leave to recover or change jobs. In worse cases, workers
become permanently disabled. The seven main types of injuries reported in the
employees getting caught between machines or machine parts, falling from
elevations such as ladders, falls caused by slips, trips and flat slippery
surfaces and workers getting struck by flying or moving objects

Health and Safety in Automotive workshop in KSA
Quite a number of
workers get injuries and illnesses while working at automotive workshops in the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These accidents even occur when workers are sent to do
off-site duties. These injuries are sustained in different work environments
and tasks including vehicle repair, maintenance or installation work.
